Self-employment is a way to support oneself through his/ her own job. It’s like earning livelihood by one with own quality and hard work. Many people believe that it is noble thing to be a self-employed person. And there are many reasons to think so because by being self-employed-

·             -Your life as a self-employed person is not less prestigious than any other person in the world

·              -You are the one and only master of your own will; you can set-up and run your business as you wish

There are different forms of self-employment such as- harvesting (fish, plant, poultry etc.), small business, dairy farm, computer technology, online earning, and so on. There are too many people can be found who succeeded and developed themselves through self-employment. Almost all of them had a little wealth but a huge hard working ability. For this reason the only word goes for being a self-employed person is to work harder and harder.

There are some essential elements to be a self-employed person. Huge amount of money or numbers of people do no matter at all here. There must be some qualities that a person is required to be self-employed, those are-

·     Self-confident: This quality is mandatory for almost all the works in the universe. A self-confident person has the ability to go on; no matter what comes to his/ her way.

And the point here is the employer doesn’t know you, all he/ she know is your work/ quality of your work. That is how you will be measured by the employer.

As a new worker you must concentrate on making a better looking profile with photo and experiences attached with it. This will help the employer to judge your quality at first sight; though main part of selecting you will be the practical job that will be given to you.

Ø  Consider yourself as a product: What do we do when we go to the market to buy a car? Definitely I will take a close look at the performance, style and other essential features as well as my budget. In this case the employer will also seek for all the necessary information similarly to a product on the market. That’s why a better and arranged profile with work experience and certificates are very much important.

All you have to do is to take a search on google.com and registering to the site then follow the previous steps and apply for the jobs you are seeking and you are good at. Don’t forget to describe all the conditions either the employer has or you have.

Ø  Wait for reply: Normally it will take some time to choose the best alternatives among the applicants for the job. So the employer will take some time to make the decision and reply you.

Ø  Don’t be hopeless: It is true that sometimes you will be refused though there was nothing wrong with your application. The question is why? It is because the employers usually choose the persons with past experience of work on those sites. In this case I’ll say that “Nothing to Worry, Quality that you have will never betray you”. Just be patience and don’t be hopeless, you will have the job.
